Maryland Food Security Network, Baltimore Component

Gleans fresh fruits and vegetables from farms and orchards, and works to establish an integrated Maryland statewide food security network that closely links food producers in the region to consumers in low-income areas.

Maryland Food Security Network Program

An integrated statewide food security network that organizes food producers (farms, orchards, and gardens) in the region with low-income food consumers to increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables.

Upward and Onward Project

Provides a service learning and community service opportunity through the gleaning of fresh fruits and vegetables from farms and orchards for 1,000 children, youth, and families.

USDA's Community Food Project

Helps low-income people through increased distribution of fresh produce that is gleaned from regional farms.
